Frontlet ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a macOS application developed by Com1 Coding. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of Frontlet. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Frontlet is designed to collect as little information as possible — in fact, we collect no personal data whatsoever.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information. Frontlet does not have a backend server, does not require an account, and does not send any data to us or any third party under our control. No analytics, no crash reports, no telemetry, no advertising identifiers.
Frontlet provides a WebKit browser window that can load content from any website, including third-party streaming services. Each service you visit has its own privacy policy that applies to your activity within that service.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the data practices of any third-party website or service. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of each site you visit through Frontlet.
Frontlet uses Apple's WebKit framework to display web content. WebKit may store cookies and local storage data locally on your device solely as required by the websites you visit to maintain your session and preferences. This data is stored locally on your Mac and is not accessible to us. You can clear this data through macOS system settings at any time.
Frontlet runs within macOS App Sandbox, which restricts the App's access to system resources and other applications' data. The App requests only the minimum permissions necessary to load web content.
Frontlet does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age, nor from any user regardless of age, as we collect no data at all. The App is a general-purpose browser window for streaming services. Parents should be aware that the third-party services accessible through the App have their own age restrictions and content policies.
Because we collect no data, there is no user data for us to secure. Any locally stored data (cookies, session data) is managed by macOS and WebKit using the platform's built-in security mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Frontlet after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using Frontlet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Com1 Coding ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Frontlet on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the applicable app store's usage rules.

Frontlet is a third-party browser and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any streaming service. We make no representations about the availability, quality, or legality of content provided by third-party services. Access to these services may require separate accounts and subscriptions subject to their own billing terms.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Com1 Coding and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All third-party service names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trade names, trademarks, or logos.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COM1 CODING, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE ACCESSIBLE THROUGH IT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 (USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
